9. disadorned<\/strong> \u2014 bereft of ornaments<\/p>\n

And now that the lights had been removed with some difficulty, shedding needles all about, the <\/em>disadorned tree looked forlorn, waiting now only for its last journey to the city dump.<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

10. seisin<\/strong> \u2014 possession or right of possession of land or chattels<\/p>\n

The judges agreed that <\/em>seisin did appertain, even in the plaintiff\u2019s minority, and thus the status of his villein could be abrogated.<\/em><\/p>\n
